Sound journey to the Gardens

Saumur Troglonature and Terra Sana offer you a unique sensory experience at the Jardins du Puygirault.

Take advantage of the day to reconnect with nature by immersing yourself in a world of more than 1000 plants. In this 2-hectare park, classified as a "Remarkable Garden," take the time to discover plants with surprising scents. Our tour will immerse you in the origins of vegetable and herb cultivation.

At 19 p.m., let yourself be carried away on a sound journey.

These trips promote deep relaxation and soothe the mind. They stimulate creativity, reduce physical and emotional fatigue.

For an hour, you will try body awakening exercises, breathing and vocal practices accompanied by vibrating instruments such as Tibetan bowls, drums, chimes or even singing.

This special evening, by reservation, is offered to everyone aged 10 and over, don't hesitate to come and live this experience with your children!
